Promulgate the Parental Alienated Child and Parental Alienated Parent Protection Act

Parental Apartheid LAWACT 1 of 2013: Alienated Parent and Alienated Child ACT, 2013:To give effect to certain rights of alienated parents and children as contained in the Constitution; To promote a fair, accessible and sustainable environment for free and fair legal services to alienated parents and children and for that purpose to establish national norms and standards relating to Alienated Parent and Child protection, to provide for improved standards of Alienated Parent and Child information, to prohibit certain unfair LEGAL, STRUCTURAL & Systemic abusive practice by the Legal Profession and related Medical and relative abusive professions, to promote responsible Legal Professional behaviour, to promote a consistent legislative and enforcement framework relating to the Alienated Parent’ protection against Legal, Structural & Systemic abusive practice and agreements between Legal and Medical Professionals and Alienated Parents, to establish the National Alienated Parent and Child Commission, to repeal sections 7(1)(a) – (h), (k) – (l), (n) of the Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No. 38 of 2005) regarding profiteering on the “Best Interest of the Child” Standard, and to make consequential amendments to various other Acts; and to provide for related incidental matters.
